NAVIGATION & DATA TREATMENT

In order to navigate our website, you won't need to reveal any data.

In order to purchase products from our website, you have to be registered in it.

Once the registration is complete, your mail will be automatically added to our mailing list. Therefore you will receive our promotions and newsletters. You can always unsubscribe this list on any given time.

We won't keep any of your personal data. However, we can keep some general information for statistics (gender, age, location), to help us improve our service. Your data will never be given away to other companies.

ACCEPTING OUR TERMS AND CONDITIONS

When you're nagivating and ordering from our website, you are automatically accepting these terms. We are authorized to change these terms on any given time, following the guidelines from E.U. that took effect starting at 25th of May of 2018.

ORDERING AND RECEIVING OUR PRODUCTS

To the price of the products, will be added the shipping costs. The shipping cost depends on the order weight and your location.

The payment can be done trough PayPal, credit card, Payshop and Multibanco (for Portugal).

The delivery deadline depends also on your location. For Portugal, 3 business days after the expedition; for the islands, 10 business days; and for international locations 15 business days. 

After we ship your order, we will send you a tracking number through email.

Our team doesn't take responsability for wrong/non existing adresses.

If any of the products arrives broken, if we verify that it wasn't from the responsability of our team or the Transportation company, we don't return the value of the product . On the other hand, if we verify that it was from our team or the Transportation company responsability, we will ask you to return the broken item, and after that, we will send another product.

If the order gets lost and doesn't arrive, we will send you a new order with the same products. 

If some product is sold out, we give you the choice to receive a refund for the product or to chose other product with the same monetary value. It you chose to be refunded, the refunded will be made through the same method the item was paid. 

If you want to trade a product, you have 30 days to send it back  to us. We will launch a voucher with The same value of the product. Then you can buy other product using The voucher.
